Project Description:
Performed site surveys, site planning, engineering and construction stakeout necessary to complete the preliminary and final site and improvement plans for a 50-lot single family estate subdivision- Provided the state mandated design of improvements and widening to WVA Rt. 4 & Rt. 1
- Performed construction layout of the streets and sewer lines for the contractor, final lot stakeout and as-built surveys of the water and sewer line. Prepared utility easement plats and descriptions
Special Site / Design Considerations:
- Designed a gravity system, including a pump station, to address the sewer needs of the project. The plans also included water and natural gas distribution to the project’s homesites.
