Project Description:
This project included all planning, engineering and surveying services for a prestigious, 105 unit apartment complex in the mixed use Collegiate Acres residential subdivision in the City of Hagerstown.
- Fox & Associates, Inc. performed all site layout, land planning, preparation of multiple concept plans, preparation of engineered site plans including grading, drainage, sediment control, utility distribution and landscape architecture. Plans were submitted and reviewed by all appropriate agencies and approved by the City Planning Commission.
