His experience provides clients with high quality designs that are economical and efficient. His areas of expertise include stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, sanitary sewer, water main, sanitary and stormwater pump stations and roadway design along with experience in regulatory permitting for waterways, floodplains, non-tidal wetlands, as well as overseeing the preparation of construction documents and technical specifications, and coordination with sub-contractors. Additionally, he has in-depth knowledge within the City of Frederick, Town of Emmitsburg, and Frederick County, where he has developed an excellent working relationship with the Local and State review agencies personnel.
