Preliminary Plan through improvement plan processing in the City of Frederick. Engineering Design included City of Frederick roadway, water main and sewer main design, storm drain design and lot grading to optimize cut and fill quantities. Stormwater management facility design and permit coordination with environmental consultant for approval with MDE and the Army Corps of Engineers. Our Director of Surveys, managed the lot stakeouts for construction, preformed topographic surveys, staked storm drain, roads and established points of control.
