Construction has begun at Franklin Veterinary Associates, located at 2380 Buchanan Trail West in Greencastle PA, across the street from Shelly, Witter & Fox Associates. Project Managers, Tim Witter (Professional Surveyor) and Sean Fernandez (Professional Engineer), happily provided services to their neighbor to design plans for the construction of a new 8,900 square foot clinic building on approximately 5.12 acres of land, at the same property as their existing business location. Additional parking and driveway areas, grading, sewer and water utility, and stormwater management designs encompass the overall project plan. Our field technicians re-surveyed the property boundaries and performed a topographic survey to obtain detailed topography over the entire site. We worked with many agencies for project review and approval, including Antrim Township Planning Commission and the Antrim Township Board of Supervisors, PA Department of Environmental Protection, Franklin County Planning Commission, Franklin County Conservation District and the Township Engineer (Dewberry Engineers Inc.)
