• Prepared existing pavement condition study for materials truck route as a baseline to monitor potential for damage
• Assistance to Environmental Consultant for hydro-geologic studies to obtain permits of under groundwater withdrawal

• Site planning services for construction of an asphalt plant and an aggregate grinding operation for the distribution, via pipeline, to the TAMKO asphalt shingle manufacturing plant
