It gives us great pleasure to announce that Mr. John E. Mazelon, P.E., is the new President of Fox & Associates as of May 1, 2023. John has worked with Fox for over 35 years, managing the Frederick office for the last 20 years.
While serving as Senior VP, John was highly regarded by coworkers, clients, and public service personnel. He will continue to lead the entire Fox team in maintaining our reputation in providing land surveying, civil engineering, and land planning services within the tri-state area. John’s new ventures at Fox will have him overseeing the entire company’s day-to-day operations. Mr. Joseph Ceci, P.E., will step up to the role of Frederick branch manager.
John is succeeding Mr. Mike Shifler, P.E., who has worked with Fox for over 40 years. Mike is retiring after his long commitment, and many outstanding achievements with the company. It has truly been an honor to work with him and the entire Fox family wishes him the best as he transitions to retirement!
