Prior to joining Fox, he was the president and co-founder of Shelly & Witter, Inc., a full service land surveying company located in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, that was established in 1992. Mr. Witter graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1978 with a degree in Engineering/Surveying Technology, focusing on Professional Land Surveying. He joins Fox with over 39 years of experience for residential and commercial sites in boundary and subdivision surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeout, land title surveys, land development plans, and GPS surveys.
