She’s assisted with commercial developments, streetscape design, garden design, private urban and estate residential projects, as well as extensive experience in all phases of project development. Mrs. Patton’s other areas of expertise are site analysis, code compliance, site planning, landscape design, site design and layout, grading design, hardscape and planting design, construction detailing, construction administration, and is skilled at collaborating with clients, architects, design teams, and contractors to create effective design solutions to unique site challenges.
