Project Description:
This project consisted of design and construction of a new transit maintenance facility on Rocky Springs Road. The facility included 3 separate buildings, 5,300 sq. ft. administrative offices, 6,500 sq. ft. maintenance garage and 1,500 sq. ft. bus wash. Fox & Associates, Inc. was a member of a full service A&E design team. Civil engineering services consisted of planning and zoning services to obtain final site plan approval, complete site engineering design to obtain grading and building permits, preparation of bid documents and construction administration.
Engineering included site access and circulation, parking, stormwater management design, onsite sewer collection system and water distribution system, site grading, site landscaping and roadway improvements to Rocky Springs Road.
