- Designed a 30 ft. high berm to include dense, impenetrable vegetation to mitigate safety concerns and visual impact
- Successfully negotiated the zoning approval of the mining use in an agricultural district, prompting the County Planning Commission to amend the Zoning Code
- Prepared Reclamation Plans
- Continued consulting assistance to obtain a 5-year mining permit update
- Site planning services for construction of an asphalt plant and an aggregate grinding operation for the distribution, via pipeline, to the TAMKO asphalt shingle manufacturing plant
